Getting Started with TaskMaster

March 1, 20265 min read

Welcome to TaskMaster! This guide will walk you through setting up your first workspace, creating a project, and inviting your team members to collaborate.

Creating Your Workspace

After signing up, you will be prompted to create your first workspace. A workspace is the top-level container for all your projects and team members. Choose a name that represents your team or organization.

Setting Up Your First Project

Navigate to the Projects page and click "New Project." Give your project a descriptive name and optional description. You can choose from Kanban board or list view to manage your tasks.

Inviting Team Members

Go to Settings and find the Members section. Enter your teammates' email addresses to send invitations. They will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. You can assign roles like Admin, Editor, or Viewer to control access levels.

Creating Your First Tasks

With your project set up, click "Add Task" to create your first task. Fill in the title, set a priority level (P1-P4), assign it to a team member, and set a due date. Tasks can be organized on the Kanban board by dragging them between columns.

Next Steps
